VILLA IDA RANGONI - SPILAMBERTO (MO)

All the existing architectural elements on the outside have been maintained and restored with an exact reconstruction: façades decorated with face-work and inserted columns, Doric capitals, parapets with flower decorations or mawkish corbels for the tower, window sills and all the original elements in iron and various type of wood frames.

On the tower, however, frames made with thermal-break cor-ten were used. These fulfilled the need for wind resistance, while properly integrating with the whole restoration.
